Damages in post:

It feels amazing to send my work to new home. Thank you.
I do my best to wrap sculptures safely. However if a box/sculpture arrives damaged, please do not sign for damaged goods when they are delivered. Please contact me within 48 hours with a photograph of the damage. After this time, I cannot be held responsible for the goods that are no longer with me.

REFUNDS:

Please note I will not accept "change of mind refunds". I do my best to photograph work acurately. If you would like more photographs or have any questions, please contact me before placing the order. I will be happy to help.

Ceramics are fragile to transport. My work is unique and it is important it is a considered purchase.

1. Any returns that were accepted by me prior, need to shipped at your own expense (including customs and taxes)and it is expected that you use a similar track and sign for service with insurance to the one used to send the sculpture to you. Until the item reaches me, it remains responsibility of the buyer.

1.1 Work need to be returned in its original unused condition and dispatched in less than 5 working days from receiving it. I will not refund for damaged goods or late returns.

1.2 Please use the original packaging, most courier services don’t insure ceramics for breakages. I kindly advise you to always acquire proof of postage. I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost whilst being returned.

THANK YOU

DIGITAL product -Support me

As every artist, I need to figure out means to keep my art going. Each sale means a lot, but also each visit to my shop or my website or a token like a "coffee" do feel great.

"Buy me a coffee" is not a cup of physical coffee or a coffee with me, just an easy way (if you chose to) to support me in my art pursuit.
